The company was established in 1999 by Donald R. Schindelholz and its' primary sales office is located in Chardon, Ohio approximately thirty miles east of Cleveland.

Donald Schindelholz, the president of Chardon Plastics Machinery, has been in the plastics industry since 1983, with his primary concentration in the Northeastern Ohio market. Don has received many salesmanship and service awards during his career. Chardon Plastics Machinery has been a lond standing member of The Society of Plastics and Engineers.

Chardon Plastics Machinery is particularly proud of its accomplishments as being the single source supplier of material handling, drying, blending and silo systems, as well as heat transfer and size reduction equipment, used in the newest Delphi facilities located in Cortland and Vienna, Ohio. These two facilities are recognized as being two of the finest and highest technology centers for the plastics processing industry in North America.

Although injection molding is the dominate user of plastics in Northeastern Ohio, our exposure in the extrusion, blow molding, compounding and thermal forming industries represent as much as 50% of our customer base.
